Shipping Policy
Our products are dispatched from our warehouse in Alicante, Spain within 3 business days after an order is placed.
At the initial stage, we mainly support shipping for orders within Europe Union. However, we are actively seeking more economical and suitable international logistics solutions.
If you are located in a country other than EU and wish to purchase our products, please contact our customer service for further assistance.

Note: Shipping to the Balearic Islands has an additional cost. We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands. Please feel free to contact us about the shipping cost if you're located in these areas.

Zone A
Countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Jersey Island, Luxembourg, Norway, the Netherlands, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland
Price: Free shipping up to 100 euros (weight less than 1kg) . For orders under 100 euros, the shipping fee is 11 euros.
Zone B
Countries: Cyprus, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Russian Federation, Finland, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, and Turkey.
Price: Free shipping up to 130 euros (weight less than 1kg) . For orders under 100 euros, the shipping fee is 14 euros.
Note:
1.For wholesale orders over 1kg the shipping price will change, please feel free to contact us before place orders.
2.We use Correos for delivery. After dispatch from our warehouse, the estimated delivery time for domestic orders is approximately 48-72 hours. For international orders, it will take approximately 3-10 days. Please note that this is only an estimated timeframe; delivery may be delayed in case of special circumstances.
3.Please note for international orders, we don't be responsible of any duties or taxes placed by the Customs.
Exchange & Return policy
We offer exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery arrival. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have all packaging intact. Items not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible. Item must be shipped back to us within 14 days of confirming the return with us.
If you require an exchange or refund, please send us an email at support@neumarituals.com and we will provide you with instructions. If the request is due to defective or damaged product, please provide description and photographs of the problem. Please note that unless due to the above condition (a defective or damaged products upon receiving), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for refunds if:
- Packages are refused due to high duties and taxes.
- Packages can not clear customs because of restrictions.
- Items that are missing because they are confiscated by Customs.
